I recently purchased a 2014 IS 250 from Lexus of London, and I had the great fortune to deal with Mat Granger. Mat was very professional and quite knowledgeable about the Lexus products. He has also been great following up with us to make sure everything is good with our car and that we are satisfied with our experience at Lexus of London. Most other salesmen I have dealt with in the past forget all about you as soon as you drive off the lot! My wife and I were both very impressed with Mat Granger and he is, by far, the best car salesman we have ever dealt with. When the time comes to trade in our second vehicle our first, and only, stop will be at Lexus of London to see Mat Granger. Also, I would like to recommend the service department at Lexus of London. The service advisors are friendly and knowledgeable and the dealership provides a complimentary car wash with every service( they do a good job too!). As well, if you are from out of town they provide you with a nice Lexus loaner vehicle while your vehicle is in for service. Very impressed! More

To make a long story short I no longer needed my RX400h so decided to trade it in. Generally I take a long time to decide on what model to select and what options to include. This time was no different. I was advised by Mat that a GS350 was traded in with very low kms so I took the opportunity to test drive it a couple of times. Anyhow time got away from me and a month went by. It was hard to believe that this GS was still on the lot but I was still flipping between the RX, ES and GS. Finally I went home and made the decision to purchase the GS. Murphy's Law it was sold when I called back in 10 mins! I could not believe it! Obviously I was upset. As luck would have it I was contacted about a month later and advised that a brand new black on black F Sport was now in stock. I first looked it over and then took it for a couple test drives. Mat was very patient and took the time to explain all the many options. This time I did not wait to close the deal. Mat worked hard for me to close the deal and I want to thank him for persevering. So when it came time for us to upgrade to a newer vehicle again, All we knew is we really trusted and wanted to deal with John Willits again! I started looking on autotrader.ca so i could see some car options to talk to john about, then I noticed a used Mazda 3 at lexus of london. I called John just to inquire on maybe trading my older Lexus in on the Mazda. John was very prompt with getting back to me with a deal my husband and I could not refuse! I convinced my husband that we really need to go see and test drive the Mazda. John had me very excited about the car and the only day we could test drive it was the day John happened to be out of town.
