wasn't happy with the new tire deal We were told that the service centre would match the price of new tires and installation from another dealer's quote if we brought the quote in, but t We were told that the service centre would match the price of new tires and installation from another dealer's quote if we brought the quote in, but this didn't happen. When they put the tires on we were told that you only match the tire price and not the labour. That is not what we were told when we asked the total price of new tires plus installation prior to ordering tires from you. Therefore we had to pay the difference between the quote and your price. We believe that if one is told that a quoted price would be matched, then it should be. If your labour prices are different, then you shouldn't say that you will match the quoted price if you are not going to do so. We have always taken the car to your dealership for service, but this may change our minds as to where we get the car serviced going forward. Karen was diplomatic about this, and we don't see this as her fault as she can only give as directed, but we feel that this is totally wrong on your part. As a result, your service will not be rated as well as it might be. More
