We were ending our lease on our second Lexus RX350 and intending to lease a third. Sue did an incredible job before we even arrived, preparing the paperwork, laying out our options, calculating costs etc. intending to lease a third. Sue did an incredible job before we even arrived, preparing the paperwork, laying out our options, calculating costs etc. She was happy to discuss alternative arrangements (e.g. maybe this was the time to think about a smaller vehicle), and to talk through all of the additional details that we wanted to take care of this time around (tow hitch etc). At no point did we feel any pressure to go one way or another and Sue carefully led us through the various options with a keen understanding of our needs and what aspects were likely to be most important to us based on previous choices we'd made. It was lovely to be offered a brand new car, with all the new bells and whistles, at much the same price as our old vehicle (which we had been completely happy with). Nevertheless, there was no "sales pressure" and no hassle. A week later, when we returned to pick up the new vehicle, everything was ready (despite our worry that some of the "additionals" would not be installed in time) and the car was good to go with a minimum of administration, no fuss and a completely straightforward handover. Tiffany gave us a comprehensive tour of the new vehicle and we drove away. I can honestly say that between Sue, Tiffany and Thomas (who organised the financing) this could not have been a more pleasant and straightforward process. We are two busy people and we want a great car, at a good price, with minimal hassle, and this experience certainly ticked all of those boxes. We loved our old Lexus and we love the new one. There will certainly be many more in years to come! More
