Absolutely gutted with the experience, I expected better business from Lexus. I originally had an appointment today (September 14) @ 12:00 with Kevin Gittens to test drive an IS 500 as I'm in the market business from Lexus. I originally had an appointment today (September 14) @ 12:00 with Kevin Gittens to test drive an IS 500 as I'm in the market for a sport sedan. Arrived around 11:30, someone at the reception was very kind enough to tell me to have a seat as she informed Kevin of my arrival. An hour and a half passed by, nothing. I understand that things can get busy in a dealership however, if you can't make the time then I don't see the point of booking an appointment in the first place. More
