This is my second truck purchase with Leduc Chrysler and my fourth truck purchase with Brad McDonald. I can't say enough positive things about the whole process starting from great customer service from Bra my fourth truck purchase with Brad McDonald. I can't say enough positive things about the whole process starting from great customer service from Brad on ordering my new 2020 2500 RAM. You won't find a more genuine and responsive salesperson anywhere. I always felt like a priority with him no matter how busy he is....and he is a very busy man. The day of pick up went extremely smooth starting off with Natalia in finance. Very friendly with lots of good conversation to fill the time between all the keystrokes and paper signing. She knows her job and the business very well and is very personable. Finally I get my truck and Christina was there to walk me through all the bells and whistles and answer all my questions. Overall a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Leduc Chrysler to everyone. Thank you to everyone at Leduc Chrysler who works hard in the background to make my purchase happen. More

I have to say I was never a fan of car dealerships, my experiences have made buying vehicle a chore rather than enjoyable, but the whole experience at this dealership was a pleasure.
