I got interested in the dealership initially because the internet showed the car I wanted as in transit to this particular location...But then I reviewed the staff and saw that Brad McDonald worked there an internet showed the car I wanted as in transit to this particular location...But then I reviewed the staff and saw that Brad McDonald worked there and that sealed the deal...I knew Brad would get me the best deal, no nonsense...This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from Brad and I will follow him until he retires...hands down the best car salesman I have ever worked with...Then I showed up to get the vehicle and Natalia was the most friendly finance person ever, made it very easy to complete the deal and made it quite effortless to me...This was my first experience with Leduc Chrysler but it won't be the last, excellent experience all around. I went in with a flat tire and was advised that because I had drove on it, it likely was damaged inside. They examined the tire and found a screw in the tread but no damage inside. There was a little rub on had drove on it, it likely was damaged inside. They examined the tire and found a screw in the tread but no damage inside. There was a little rub on the outside which they felt would make the tire more likely to break down there. I made the decision to use it anyway so they fixed the hole and returned it to the vehicle AT NO CHARGE! They did put a disclaimer on the tire so I could not go back on them for a blowout on that tire. They were friendly, courteous, and straight forward. I found it a pleasant experience. More

This is the third RAM we have purchased from Brad . McDonald since 2010. We base our purchases and service on trust. With Brad we have found great support with both.
