A memorable first new car buying experience! We arrived at the Langley Chrysler dealership wanting to see a particular 2014 30th Anniversary Chrysler T&C vehicle we had seen online basically just We arrived at the Langley Chrysler dealership wanting to see a particular 2014 30th Anniversary Chrysler T&C vehicle we had seen online basically just to weigh up if it offered anything over the 2015 Dodge Caravan Crew Plus model. Luckily Steven came to the information counter just as we were asking if someone could help us out. The extra features available in the vehicle on top of the superior quality of the Town and Country model as well as Steven's willingness to accommodate our questions and requests (despite the miserable rainy weather!), made the decision to buy this car an easy and enjoyable one. The purchase process was explained out clearly to us and proceeded along very efficiently. The online sale price was honoured and even a problem with a flat battery was dealt with by the Service department without delay! Overall Steven and the team at Langley Chrysler made for a very memorable "first new car in Canada" buying experience. The kids were very surprised when we picked them up from school that afternoon - the T&C is quite the upgrade from the trusty old Caravan! More

Key to me was his professional approach, especially when compared to some other dealerships we dealt with before coming to Langley Chrysler. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and avoided the high pressure sales techniques most people find offensive. He listened to what we were looking for without the game playing processes folks have grown to expect at car dealerships . Steve is a refreshing asset to your sales staff (hat boots and all). He was straight forward with price, knowledgeable with car features and combination of features that we particularly wanted. Overall we are very satisfied with the dealership and particularly Steven Skok and we look forward to recommending our family and friends whenever they are shopping for a vehicle, we have actually already mentioned his name to a few people already who are planning a purchase in the near future. Good Experience! I have been shopping around for a Jeep for about a year. By chance I drove by Langley Chrysler, pulled into the lot to "kick tires". The first person I met was Ryan Kibsey, to say he is energetic is an understatement. He was very friendly and informative and if he didn't know something he wasn't afraid to find the answer and admit he didn't know. When he offered to talk numbers I was totally impressed with what he could come up with. As I was there just to look he kept the offer open for the weekend and gave me a copy of the deal (which in all my years of buying cars was a first). I went back a couple days later and discussed the deal further, Ryan not only kept his word on the deal, he even lowered it to my "deal maker" price without him even knowing it. It was a pleasure to not have to negotiate the price! When picking out the accessories for my Jeep Mike Bradner definitely has an eye for detail and the ability to personalize the vehicle you are buying...there is a guy who loves his job! All the staff, Ryan, Mike and Rich were very good to deal with and the support staff were equally as enjoyable. I would recommend this trio to anybody looking for a vehicle!!!! More

This was my 3rd dealership of the day and at the first two it was like a very uneventful experience including the unmotivated staff and not a welcoming feeling. When I walked into Langley Chrysler i was firstly impressed by all the customers enjoying their experiences . had a fellow say he has been purchasing for Langley Chrysler for many years. i especially enjoyed the massage chair & pizza as Robert worked my deal .. made for a great car buying experience for sure .. ... i drove out with my dream car this day ! Absolutely terrible I recently purchased a used car from Langley chrysler. I have to say from the minute I stepped foot into the dealership the customer service was abysm I recently purchased a used car from Langley chrysler. I have to say from the minute I stepped foot into the dealership the customer service was abysmal. Not only was I harassed by the salesman but because I negotiated the price they refused to fix the problems that they noticed on the inspection report. OVERALL terrible experience and I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Lies, Scam Tactics etc. In our first call to Langley Chrysler we spoke to Leanne(Business Manager) about financing. Leanne handed us over to a sales associate named Matt In our first call to Langley Chrysler we spoke to Leanne(Business Manager) about financing. Leanne handed us over to a sales associate named Matt to deal with a vehicle we were interested in. After negotiating a price on the vehicle we wanted and ready to come in and wrap it up, Matt discloses that the vehicle was actually just sold. Leanne and Matt offered to lend us a Dodge Journey as a courtesy car while searching for a vehicle that would suit our needs. We went in and picked up the Journey. Everything seemed fine so far. A few days later Matt calls us back telling us that he was unable to find us a vehicle that would suit our needs and suggested that we should consider the Journey they had lent us. Although it was not on our list, we were tired from weeks of searching and because it was a pretty new car, we decided to consider it and talk numbers with Matt. We called Matt and agreed upon a price. He wanted us to come in to finalize the deal, however we insisted on getting all the details out of the way over the phone first to make sure we knew what we were walking into. So we moved on to the financing details at which point we hit a road block. The numbers he provided were thousands of dollars off. At least $4000 could not be explained and no matter how we asked, or how clear we were, Matt could not provide us with any sensible reason or calculation to explain the numbers they had come up with. With no success on the phone, we asked him if he could email us the calculations and break down the deal at which point he got very rude and said he wouldn't be emailing us anymore, if we wanted the car we would have to sign the documents as they were, they were doing everything legally and we should be trusting them. We explained that what we were asking was not unreasonable and if they could explain it in person they could do it in an email. After a few minutes of talking in circles, my husband refused to do business with them and hung up the phone. Be very careful, these guys are professional scam artists. They employed several common scams including the Bait & Switch(Baiting with one car to sell another), the “Focusing on monthly payment” scam(Leanne did this), changing figures in the finance agreement to make it seem better when in fact it had not changed at all, and also lets be honest, these guys wanted to sell us the Journey from the beginning. This is just a fraction of the whole story due to the size limit. We would love to share the entire thing though. More
Lousy Sales Dept. I have bought a couple of used vehicles from this dealership before, with no problems. Wanted to upgrade to a new Doge 1500, quad cab. Test drove a c I have bought a couple of used vehicles from this dealership before, with no problems. Wanted to upgrade to a new Doge 1500, quad cab. Test drove a couple of trucks and picked one I liked, the only thing was that I wanted a different colour, the salesman found a truck on the island with more options which I was willing to pay for. Dealer couldn't get that truck but the salesman informed me that he found another one and it had everything except the back up camera. Days went by and still no truck, the salesman took some money off, I thought this was a goodwill gesture, not the case. I took receipt of the truck and it had NO options, less than the truck I test drove. Needless to say, not very happy. Met with the sales manager and he made some very minor concessions. This all being said the salesman lied and the sales manager did not follow through. Save your time and go to Jim Pattison in Surrey. More
Waste of time and sooo many lies I went to this dealer to buy a new dodge dart. I dealt with Tom because I knew someone who had purchased from him before. Im going to make this short. He took a deposit from me and sold the car out from under me three times. With tons of lies. Once he told me he found me one on the island and it would be here the next morning. Called me the next day and said that because there was a storm forecast the dealer was not willing to risk putting the car on the ferry. OOOOkay...turns out he sold that one and was rushing around trying to replace it with another one. Found me a different one...just a couple grand more. Fine. Sold that one. Found a new one. A couple grand more again. I finally told him to stuff it and waited two days to get my deposit refunded. More
