Shawn showed me the pickup trucks and showed me all the features and differences. After the viewing we negotiated and settled on a price that I was comfortable with. The final selection was my choice and I could't resist getting that extra gadget and level of comfort so had to up my budget, but it was worth it. Shawn arranged for me to take the truck that night and return in a few days with the payment. All in all it was a great process and I love my truck. Yes-this place is a riot! There were balls everywhere!! I'm not kidding! Awesome I arrived at Langley Chrysler 1 hr to closing, to look at a used 2015 Trailhawk, after discussion between my brother and I and our sales rep Simon the I arrived at Langley Chrysler 1 hr to closing, to look at a used 2015 Trailhawk, after discussion between my brother and I and our sales rep Simon the best option was to go was 0% 72 month financing. As it is more expensive, it in cheaper in the long run. Simon worked with me on a deal and was professional through the whole process. What I appreciated the most was that Simon was right there to speak with me about a vehicle. They used no pressure tactics, they let me take my time, and even offered to put a deposit down to think about it over night. I made the mistake by going to "Willowbrook Chrysler" and they almost forced me to buy the vehicle that was out of my price range and didn't want me to leave the lot without purchasing it and kept pressuring me which I did not appreciate. Everyone at Langley Chrysler was very professional and I felt they had a strong work ethic. In the end I found a nicer 2015 Jeep Trailhawk for cheaper and a better service. I would recommend Simon and Langley Chrysler to anyone. More

He was not really helpful in answering questions...but this is not the dealership, this is ICBC ! Overall a great experience...
