Great buying experience, with our salesman Samir Thakur really digging down for us to find the vehicle that met our needs and our budget. The floor sales manager (sorry, for the name) was also very friendly and reasonable. We had our 1mo and 2yr old daughters with us and the staff at the dealership were more than accommodating in helping us keep the eldest entertained and us sane. A couple hot wheels, some colouring and a bumble bee balloon and my eldest was a-okay for the duration. Financing was easy and patiently accommodating with my indecision - which I am very grateful for. Overall, great buying experience. I wouldn't be surprised if we weren't back again for the next vehicle in the future (maybe the Challenger this time... 5yr to work on that one atleast. Haha). My wife and I had a pending deal on a vehicle at a different dealer when we stopped at Langley Chrysler to look. Samir greeted us promptly upon arrival, introducing us to Grahm and Richard. I explained our situation with the deal we had at the other place. They got right down to business, showed us pretty much the same vehicle and beat the price. Nichole was fantastic in the financing department hashing out all the details. We are very pleased with the staff and courteous prompt, don't waste time service.
