Admin lady showed my daughter making the popcorn, financial dept did best to help get the payment through, especially the sales associate Yucan, he has passion and knowledge with his job and really provide the service wroth the five star rating. First experience,, never going back Today was my first experience with the Langley Chrysler service department and I will never be going back, my business will be taken elsewhere. My ex Today was my first experience with the Langley Chrysler service department and I will never be going back, my business will be taken elsewhere. My experience went like this: - Book my truck in for an oil change and some warranty work in person at the dealership. I waited in line to see one of the service writers, after waiting for one I'm informed to go talk to someone else to book in and am pointed in that direction. - I proceeded to talk to the person I was pointed to for booking. I confirmed the price of the oil change I was looking for as well as what warranty work was needed and a date was set. - On the day of drop off I arrived a little early to make sure everything went well and there were no delays in processing things. I was greeted with a long line of people and an obviously under staffed service department that seemed to have very little interest in serving the people in line. I stood in line for 15 mins waiting to speak to someone and was finally served. I explained my needs again and was assured it would be done correctly and promptly. I was told the service shuttle would be around in the next few mins to pick me up and bring me to my office. - 20 mins goes by and I'm finally picked up to be dropped off at my office. At this point I've spent 45 mins at the dealership just to drop my truck off for something I had previously booked, this is entirely too long for such a simple process. - After a couple hours I receive a call saying the oil change is done but the technician couldn't replicate the items for warranty. Frustrated that they can't figure this out I ask for the shuttle to pick me up and bring me back, I am told to phone the shuttle and arrange myself. - Upon pick up the technician wanted to take a ride with me to replicate the sound, it doesn't replicate but he assures me everything is good and it's probably nothing, which is like telling me the sound is in my head. - I then proceed to try and pay and leave, I've spent entirely too much time at the dealership for such a simple visit at this point. Once three people have worked to find my paperwork I am given the bill, which is double the price I was quoted. I question the total and am greeted with a shoulder shrug and handed the debit machine to pay my bill. No question as to what was quoted or how this problem could be solved. - I proceeded to drive my truck straight from the dealership to an independent shop one block away, they found the problem within 5 mins and suggested the fix and explained why it was an issue. From start to finish my experience today with Langley Chrysler was of the lowest quality. I've have many new cars with multiple different brands and this is far and away the worst service I've received. Update: I received a call from Langley Chrysler apologizing for the poor service and wanting to hear more about why things went so poorly. They have offered me an incentive to come back and try them for another service visit in the future. I will give them one more try and update again. More

ignored bought a 2016 ram 3500 dually new from this dealer. brought it back with 600km on it for a bad vibration when on highway. Went for a drive with chief mechanic to determine problem. He said it was tire issue balanced my tires. Issue still there took it back told nothing wrong. Booked a appt with the same guy the following week went for the same drive and determined that there was still a issue with the truck. He wanted to contact chrysler engineering to find any info he could on what might be causing the problem. He told me to leave it with him and he would get back to me. 10 weeks later still no call back. I called dealer customer service talked to Mike he called me back said still haven't heard from chrysler. 2 weeks later I e-mailed chrysler customer service to find out anything on this. They tell me no inquiry has been made. After a few e-mails with chrysler service they tell me that they have instructed the dealer to contact me. It's been 2 more weeks not even a call. This is the worst service or lack of service I have ever come across. This place has no integrity or commitment at all. My advice would be to stay away from this business. G Crawford More
