Great experience, friendly and very knowlegable staff. Quick service as advised by James Lpgozar, my service adviser. The technicians found a few additonal maintenance items that needed to be completed, so Quick service as advised by James Lpgozar, my service adviser. The technicians found a few additonal maintenance items that needed to be completed, so at 0900 while I was waiting in the showroom, James suggested that I take a service loaner vehicle as the extra repairs would require more time to complete as I had a luncheon meeting at 1130 that I did not want to miss. I took the service loaner and completed all of my tasks and returned at 1500 to pick up my 2012 Chevy Cruze. James very diligently went over all of the services completed and I was very satisfied with the explanation and went on my way. Thanks very much, Gary Hains More
