I am not the type that writes reviews but I am compelled to do so because I wouldn’t want anyone else falling into the trap of trusting this dealership. I trusted Andrew when I first showed up at the service centre. I had discovered check engine light on and used my OBD II to diagnose the problem. He ran the code again and it matched the code I reported to him. He promised me that the issue was not difficult and it would cost me few bucks to fix it. He booked me in for last week. Despite dropping the car off for the whole day, he later told me they couldn’t find the error and I should rebook for today which I did. He called me about an hour after dropping off my car today and said that the Evap purge valve needed to be replaced at a cost of $324. At that moment I did not have a clue about what it was and coupled with the fact that he had made it seemed to be a challenging issue since they couldn’t figure it out the first time. I caved and asked him to go ahead. The other part was that he cunningly charged me for the diagnosis again presenting as a favour that he was charging me half of the amount. The surge valve they made me pay $122 for actually cost $25 on Amazon and $55 on GM website. To change the valve, regular shops will spend at most half an hour to replace it.This can be confirmed by anyone who has access to Youtube but they made me dropped off my car for 2 days in total. Please don’t be like me, don’t trust this dealership service centre they are out to rip you off by all means. Of course I understand that they are in the business to make profit but it is morally wrong to charge double the price of the part and $300 for labour for a job that could be done in less than 30 minutes while pretending that it would take longer. I get a call from jaimee a few hours later and they suggest I change all 8 injectors i agreed and asked her to send me the quote for the work to my email. two days go by and no quote so i call and get her voice mail and tell her i have not received the quote . 2 days later she tells me my truck would be done that day witch was Friday. I got a call at 3pm that there was a problem with the high pressure fuel pump and I informed that i have not even received the quote for the injectors yet and now she wants to add more to my bill . it was at this time i had enough and lost my temper after she told me what the bill was going to be $4700 and change. i told her i have no options at this point you kind of already did the work. she told me it would be ready for pickup in one hour so i went to the dealer and they had me waiting for 45 min and told me there was another problem with wiring harness and they would have to order parts .almost a week later i get a call from the service manager that i would probably need a new engine. that was after they just put almost $5k of service into the truck .this dealer is not worth the time and money only interest in milking every penny out of you . Had issues with my tires and TMIS. I was worried I had one flat already and that potentially another tire was going down. She heard my story and being a senior the worry in my voice and asked if I could come in early today and leave my car so that they could work on it in-between other service calls. I dropped it off early this morning and spoke to Rob in the service department. He listened to my story with professionalism, patience, respect and documented what I'd requested be looked at. I felt so much relief at being heard and reassured by Rob today and Alana yesterday, words can't express my gratitude. Mark the shuttle driver gave me a lift home and we had good conversation and very apparent he's experienced behind the wheel. Imagine my surprise when I received a call from Rob not much over an hour after I'd been dropped off at home. They fixed my flat tire checked my concerns with the other ones and found that what I thought was going to be a big issue and expense turned out to be just a minor issue and lot's of worry that I'd had was for naught. He had Mark come pick me up on his way back from another drop off and I picked up my car and was back home within 2 hours of drop off. And although the technician checked other small things on my tires and sensors to make sure they were okay, which could have easily beefed up my costs, I was only billed for the tire repair. And to Rob, Alana and Mark, I thank you for your help, reassurance, customer service and kindness to an old girl that felt like a million bucks filled with Gratitude as I left your shop. I had my car in to get my winter tires put on . Jaimee was AMAZING ! Her customer service was amazing! So friendly and helpful! Between her and James I always leave happy !
