Hatchlift won’t open did not fix my issue and still charged me almost $400.00 for diagnosing. Then for another $1500.00 they will replace a part, but won’t guarantee it. This is nonsense, I heard from other people do not take your vehicle to the dealership for they will rob you. So I now have to press my trunk remote at the same time as I pull to open. Most times I have to do it twice. I deal strictly with customer service and lending and I will certainly give them my advice in reference to which vehicles to buy and which not!! More
