I have been pushed aside, ignored, and essentially attacked by salesman in the past which left a terrible view on having to buy a vehicle. Everyone knows that feeling as you pull into a dealership and every salesman is waiting to pounce as you are just another pottential sale. Joel never made me feel like this once.
