I purchase a Silverado 2500 in April 2021 and I pick it up in May 2021, the purchase went on without issue, the sales service was excellent. Just as a note, I live about 1 hour from the dealer, so shutt up in May 2021, the purchase went on without issue, the sales service was excellent. Just as a note, I live about 1 hour from the dealer, so shuttle does not work and going 2 cars does not make sense, meaning that i wait for my truck on site. The service on the other hand was not very good right from the start. They ask for 3 days to prep the truck with the options that I added (3M and tonneau cover), when I came to pick up the truck, the 3 M was not installed, so I rebooked to return to the dealer to install the 3M. When i return to pick up the truck after the 3M install, i noticed that the truck had not been washed prior and the 3M had numerous bubbles, it had to be redone. About 6 month later, i noticed that the image on my back up camera was intermittent. At the following oil change I ask that they quickly troubleshoot the back up camera, since it is intermittent I ask to check it quickly and move on with the oil change. I waited 4 hours and had to cancel all my other appointments that day and that a new camera was on orders. After that appointment, i was not very happy so I called the service manager and explain that I was quite disappointed with the service since i purchased the truck, He said that he understood and will right a not to my file that I was coming from out of town and that I was always waiting for the vehicle and that should be kept in mind when setting the future appointments. About 3 months later, I return for another oil change and they had received the camera in the mean time. I advised the service person prior going that I had to be gone from the dealership by 13:00 at the latest because i was working, the service advisor ask that I come at 08:00, which I did. At 12:50 I went to the service desk and ask about my truck, I was told that they were just about to begin the oil change, I was in shock, this was the very next appointment after may talk to the manager...
