This dealership has an outstanding service department, and my service advisor, James Logozar, is so knowledgeable about his job that it makes me feel confident that all of my concerns will be taken care o and my service advisor, James Logozar, is so knowledgeable about his job that it makes me feel confident that all of my concerns will be taken care of. He is so accommodating and dedicated to his job that even five minutes before the service department closes, he still lets me in, doesn't mind working beyond his working hours to hear all my concerns, and has a great sense of urgency to accommodate my vehicle even without an appointment in place yet, which made me so grateful to him.
