As a Motor Mechanic of some 40 years I was pretty sure what happened but somewhat apprehensive when dealing with shops other than my own. I wasn't even sure of the warranty procedure as I perform all of my own scheduled maintenance and had never had this type of experience. Erika took my info filled me in when it was necessary and lo and behold no problems or hassles other than organizing my own spread out maintenance records. My vehicle was repaired requiring a new motor, washed and waiting when I arrived. This was a painless operation and I left feeling like a some body not just a number. Thank you Erika for your honestly and professionalism. I've purchased three vehicles at Lakewood and will surely return again. More
