He got me the best posible deal for my car witch i am very happy with. He never once tried to push something on me didnt want, like other dealerships have tried before i went there. And in the finance department i met Erin she was also very hepful and friendly. She worked hard to help me get the lowest intrest rate possible and maid the presses quick and fun! When it came time to pick up my car Jim Bell went over it with. He was also very friendly and really wanted to make sure i new everything about it and was a great help. The only thing, was with our trade in I thought we were getting full price for our trade in but when I drove down to pick the SUV up there was left over money owing on my trade in. It was basically my fault because I had told them what I thought we owed on my trade in but we owed $1000 more. Not the end of the world. Chevrolet Cruz 2016 for recall service I took my 2016 Chevrolet Cruz for a recall service in February 1,2017. I was helped my James and received excellent customer service. I pointed out the light indicating the tire pressure needed adjustment and he said no problem and had all the tire pressures checked and adjusted. This is the second time I have used the Service department and have always received excellent customer service. Fantastic follow up service! I took my 2014 GMC Acadia in for a routine oil change and some minor maintenance issues (low tire, clunking in tail gate etc) and was dealt with very I took my 2014 GMC Acadia in for a routine oil change and some minor maintenance issues (low tire, clunking in tail gate etc) and was dealt with very quickly and efficiently as I had my 2 young daughters with me. The service driver Floyd was great at making my 3 yr old at ease in the shuttle and helped to bring her to my door. When we were ready to be picked up, James ensured the shuttle would have room for us all to fit. Upon picking up my vehicle, it was discovered that the scheduled oil change had in fact been missed. I was a little annoyed at this because I had specifically booked in for this and would now need to return another day with my children to facilitate the oil change. James however was a great advisor and arranged to have my vehicle picked up and taken to the dealership for me and then they washed my car for me too!! TOP notch service!! Thanks to everyone who made it happen!! More

Completely Satisfied with service I had some mouldings sticking up on my car that I had purchased a couple of months ago. I called Lakewood and James made it very easy. The mechanics also do an amazing job of not getting grease or oil all over the vehicles interior or exterior (engine bay included), anyone who's worked on their own vehicles knows how hard this can be.
