Fantastic follow up service! I took my 2014 GMC Acadia in for a routine oil change and some minor maintenance issues (low tire, clunking in tail gate etc) and was dealt with very I took my 2014 GMC Acadia in for a routine oil change and some minor maintenance issues (low tire, clunking in tail gate etc) and was dealt with very quickly and efficiently as I had my 2 young daughters with me. The service driver Floyd was great at making my 3 yr old at ease in the shuttle and helped to bring her to my door. When we were ready to be picked up, James ensured the shuttle would have room for us all to fit. Upon picking up my vehicle, it was discovered that the scheduled oil change had in fact been missed. I was a little annoyed at this because I had specifically booked in for this and would now need to return another day with my children to facilitate the oil change. James however was a great advisor and arranged to have my vehicle picked up and taken to the dealership for me and then they washed my car for me too!! TOP notch service!!
