Other dealerships could learn a lot from Lakewood customer service - they are always in good moods, they always remember you and are very helpful and most of them have stayed for years. The mechanics have always returned my vehicles clean and everything was done properly. The cashiers are on top of everything and are very pleasant. Dwayne found something wrong with my suv and already lined it up with my insurance/coverage before he called me. It was amazing. Everthing was repaired and fixed in one day, and best part, I wasn't ripped off. I know I can drive my four plus one more on the way (children) in a safe SUV. Best feeling ever!!! Excellent experience I shopped around for a mid size truck and drove the Tacoma and Frontier before I drove the Colorado. I expected to just go to Lakewood for the sake of I shopped around for a mid size truck and drove the Tacoma and Frontier before I drove the Colorado. I expected to just go to Lakewood for the sake of comparison. But I was pleasantly surprised by the ride and build quality of the Colorado and switched to becoming a legitimate potential customer. I had an appointment with Sean and dealt with Cindy when I arrived while Sean was dealing with some walk in customers. Cindy accompanied me on a test drive and made sure we had access to the exact vehicle I was considering, didn't force me to drive the top of the line version as most places have. She offered, but was willing to listen to me when I declined. After the test drive, Sean joined in on the conversation to provide his excellent product and finance scenario knowledge. He clearly explained the options of a deal to me and looked for every opportunity to save me money and make me as comfortable with the deal as possible. I would have left without moving forward with the deal were it not for the reassurance I felt from Sean and Cindy. There was very little pressure, and no 'I have another guy looking at the same vehicle later today' games. They gave me time to think about the options and process the terms of the deal. Once the offer to purchase was submitted, Manita took over and did a great job handling the business end of the deal. She offered me the add ons and extended programs, but didn't push me into anything. At end of the deal, Dan came to talk with me to make sure I was comfortable with how everything went. Overall, it was a great experience and I'll recommend anyone looking for a vehicle go see the team at Lakewood. More
