My 2012 Equinox broke down Sunday night and she had my car in the shop first thing in the morning and communicated all the details to me in a timely manner. I was very pleased on how they handled my situation. This could've been a really stressful situation for me but Erika explained everything in great detail. Lots of people say to not take your vehicle to a dealership because they just want your money but I don't feel that way at all going into Lakewood Chev. I brought my Cruze in for its semi annual oil change and they discovered several leaks and other issues, they had me in a rental less than an hour aft I brought my Cruze in for its semi annual oil change and they discovered several leaks and other issues, they had me in a rental less than an hour after my car went into the shop. Dan even helped me move my car seats out of my car into the rental, so nice of him! They were so quick and let me know the problem and fixed them all by the next afternoon.
