From first talking with Vince 5 months ago to our purchase the beginning of May, he only responded to our requests, he wasn't on the phone to us asking how it was going every few weeks. Excellent experience I shopped around for a mid size truck and drove the Tacoma and Frontier before I drove the Colorado. I expected to just go to Lakewood for the sake of I shopped around for a mid size truck and drove the Tacoma and Frontier before I drove the Colorado. I expected to just go to Lakewood for the sake of comparison. But I was pleasantly surprised by the ride and build quality of the Colorado and switched to becoming a legitimate potential customer. I had an appointment with Sean and dealt with Cindy when I arrived while Sean was dealing with some walk in customers. Cindy accompanied me on a test drive and made sure we had access to the exact vehicle I was considering, didn't force me to drive the top of the line version as most places have. She offered, but was willing to listen to me when I declined. After the test drive, Sean joined in on the conversation to provide his excellent product and finance scenario knowledge. He clearly explained the options of a deal to me and looked for every opportunity to save me money and make me as comfortable with the deal as possible. I would have left without moving forward with the deal were it not for the reassurance I felt from Sean and Cindy. There was very little pressure, and no 'I have another guy looking at the same vehicle later today' games. They gave me time to think about the options and process the terms of the deal. Once the offer to purchase was submitted, Manita took over and did a great job handling the business end of the deal. She offered me the add ons and extended programs, but didn't push me into anything. At end of the deal, Dan came to talk with me to make sure I was comfortable with how everything went. Overall, it was a great experience and I'll recommend anyone looking for a vehicle go see the team at Lakewood. More

In fact I was debating between a Silverado and another brand of truck from a different dealer, leaning towards the other truck but the deal from Lakewood was just too good to pass up! It was nice to have a salesmen not be pushy or aggressive, to be straight up and honest. Manita in Finance was amazing to deal with. She explained and made sure I understood everything I was signing.
