Everyone was more than competent and very friendly. I went in looking for a vehicle to replace my old car which had broken down. Suburban serviced I called last week to book an appointment to have our suburban serviced and cleaned, the cleaning was a follow touch up from a detail we had in the s I called last week to book an appointment to have our suburban serviced and cleaned, the cleaning was a follow touch up from a detail we had in the summer. I also needed lung nuts for my winter tire rims because I didn’t have the lug nut key. I had to drive in from Fort Mac. After arriving and booking my vehicle in the shuttle took me to my hotel. The next morning they called to say my vehicle was ready. Once calling the shuttle again it was a short wait to get picked up. When picking up my vehicle I learned they got me a lug nut key for$7 saved me from replacing all my lug nuts also my vehicle looked brand new inside and out from the cleaning. Great customer service.
