Genuine staff I have been dealing with the folks at Lakewood for almost a year now and have found them to be honest and genuine. The service bay is set up with staf I have been dealing with the folks at Lakewood for almost a year now and have found them to be honest and genuine. The service bay is set up with staff members that tend to deal with you time after time. They recognize your face when you walk in and seem concerned about the well being of your vehicle. I feel that all of that work that has been done to my truck was conducted with my approval and that the work was absolutely necessary. I know that the staff and ownership at Lakewood want to be the best and their actions thus far have shown me no different. Outstanding Service and Value We came into Lakewood after looking at a Ford F150. We thought that we were going to purchase the Ford but should check out Chev just to see (we real We came into Lakewood after looking at a Ford F150. Josh and Dan treated us like family and with the utmost respect. They listened to our needs, showed us a Silverado that exactly met our wants and needs (exceeded them to be honest) and to top it all off they gave us a way better deal than Ford. Josh was very knowledgeable about the product and answered all of our questions. Tammy in finance was fantastic to deal with and we got our new truck super fast. We are so happy with our new truck and will definitely be back for future vehicle purchases. I found the car listed on auto trader, I was sent the car proof and AMVIC reports via e-mail, we negotiated a fair price, I booked an appointment, I came in and had the pleasure of meeting Carmen, went for a test drive, and paid for the car and left. The whole experience took less than three hours (including time e-mailing back and forth), and Carmen was an amazing individual. Would buy again - and when we buy new in a few years I'm definitely going to be giving her a phone call! More

The lady from finance office Manita is very nice and pleasant to deal with. She showed us what are options are for financing and didnt force us to puchase additional services that we dont need like other dealers do. Cody, James and the others were great too. Keep it up guys!
