Josh and Dan treated us like family and with the utmost respect. They listened to our needs, showed us a Silverado that exactly met our wants and needs (exceeded them to be honest) and to top it all off they gave us a way better deal than Ford. Josh was very knowledgeable about the product and answered all of our questions. Tammy in finance was fantastic to deal with and we got our new truck super fast. We are so happy with our new truck and will definitely be back for future vehicle purchases. This is without a doubt the best dealership that we have ever dealt with and we look forward to working with them in the future. Our advice: Buy from these guys, they are the best!!! More

I found the car listed on auto trader, I was sent the car proof and AMVIC reports via e-mail, we negotiated a fair price, I booked an appointment, I came in and had the pleasure of meeting Carmen, went for a test drive, and paid for the car and left. The whole experience took less than three hours (including time e-mailing back and forth), and Carmen was an amazing individual. Would buy again - and when we buy new in a few years I'm definitely going to be giving her a phone call! More

Kelsey gave us a walk through the vehicle features and explained each feature in detail. She made consistent follow ups to make sure all my concerns are taken cared of. The lady from finance office Manita is very nice and pleasant to deal with. She showed us what are options are for financing and didnt force us to puchase additional services that we dont need like other dealers do. Cody, James and the others were great too. Keep it up guys! I had first contacted Kelsey online about the truck and on short notice she got back to me right away with information. When i came in to the dealership Kelsey had the paperwork review and truck ready to go for a test drive. Kelsey was very friendly through the whole process and was able to answer or get the answers to all my questions. Tammy was also friendly to deal with and worked hard to get me a great deal on financing. When i spoke with Kelseys manager Emigdio about the process for the trade in on my truck he gave me great value on it that i wasn’t expecting. When I had second thoughts about purchasing the vehicle everyone i was dealing with understood where i was coming from and put no pressure on me to make a hasty decision. It felt good that i had some time to think about the deal and not be pressured. Justin had followed up with me after he heard the news and just wanted to reiterate that there was no pressure to purchase and was willing to work with any concerns that i had. He also mentioned that there was a gift giveaway happening with the purchase of a vehicle and even though i had not committed to buying he put aside a gift for me incase i did decide to move forward with the purchase. Overall it was a great experience for me and everyone that i dealt with was very friendly and accomodating to my needs. I was able to take home a truck that i loved and a had a pain free experience in the process. More
