I had an issue in the cold weather with the engine light coming on and received an diagnostic email from Chevrolet to get my vehicle in for inspection. I called the dealership, received an appointment immediately and had prompt service. The issue is one that has occurred due to poor design and the dealership explained this, the process of parts being ordered and resolve of getting repaired once they receive the parts. I appreciated the honesty amd accountability taken. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that’s so forthcoming with information and plan to resolve it. More
