For the most part because of their typical replace - not - fix approach I've steered clear of them as they just end up being too costly.ive never seen a well run operation actually doing what they say they can deliver. Key West ford comes at it from a different angle . Their mechanics are extremely knowledgeable, their service department is highly attentive- and their management staff seem to really care about the big picture. If any one of those elements don't exist it seems to me there are just too many gaps to fill to come away from the experience at any dealership feeling like I got ripped off somehow. Key West ford hits the right mark every time. If you have been turned off by dealerships in the past this place really is a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend!! More

We explained our needs and he said he had several possibilities on the lot. We met with him a few days later and the first thing he did was review our needs in detail. He identified some vehicles on the lot and we had a look at them. One was a 2012 Escape that met our criteria. We looked at some others but the first one he showed us was the best one. The main thing was that Ryan listened carefully and did not waste our time or his trying to sell us something that we really didn't want. At no time was their any pressure to buy. He remained friendly, professional and supportive at all times. We would definitely recommend this dealership and Ryan, if you are looking to buy a car. I did not rate Quality of Work and they had not done any work for me, but I have talked to other customers of theirs who are very satisfied with work done. More
