Excellent Ford Dealer Buying a new vehicle is a stressful endeavour; especially when you are shopping for a vehicle for your in-laws who don't necessarily agree on what the Buying a new vehicle is a stressful endeavour; especially when you are shopping for a vehicle for your in-laws who don't necessarily agree on what they need or want. We went through several dealers and manufacturers who simply were trying to sell their vehicles, not considering whether the vehicle or the packaged options suited the needs of my in-laws. When we met Tyler at the dealership, he first listened to what we were looking for, what was important to my in-laws. Then he showed up a Ford Escape which my father-in-law immediately fell in love with. He loved all the features and gadget on the Escape that the Japanese car equivalents did not have. With that knowledge, Tyler led us to a Titanium Edition. One that had everything that my father-in-law wanted. Tyler took us for a test drive, one where he took ample time to explain all the features and benefits of owning an Escape. When we settled on a price with the aid of Flynn and Kam, we purchased the vehicle. Everything went smoothly through the business office and they arranged the transfer of insurance from the Honda Civic we traded in. Once the car was prepped and cleaned, Tyler help us move everything from the old car to the new one. Then he spent about 30 minutes explaining all the different features and how to control them to my father-in-law. He even set up the phone pairing and home locations for the navigation system for him. The process took linger than I anticipated but it was all worth it, time well spent where my father-in-law felt comfortable with his Ford Escape. Thanks Key West Ford for a great experience. It is no wonder that you guys sell more Fords that any other dealer in the province. More

Even after the sale, his service has been great. He has been very helpful with any questions I have had about the vehicle. I also dealt with Jag Dhillon at Key West. Jag was also very helpful in showing me the vehicle and explaining to me all the features. Buying a car from a dealership can be very uncomfortable and the sales people can be overly eager to sell you something more than what you may want, but this is not the case with the staff at Key West. They made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend dealing with Ryan and Jag if you are looking for a new or used vehicle. More
