Needless to say i was very nervous when i walked into the dealership (after the initial phone call from Rob V) He was very understanding listen well and understood our needs. Everyone at Keywest Ford treated Me and my wife like we were family. Which is a nice feeling. The finance office was painless and very understanding and explained everything pretty simply. It’s not easy buying a car over the phone when you live out of town. Things moved very fast and smoothly once we decided on a vehicle. I like that there were no games with the pricing, no hidden costs or surprises, everything was laid right out in front of us before the purchase. I definitely recommend working with Rob. He co-ordinated the courtesy car for the installation of the accessories purchased at the time of sale. The only wrinkle was the chip in the windshield. While it was supposed to be taken care of during the accessory installation, it wasn't and we were given the option of getting it fixed ourselves (and submitting the bill) or receiving a $25 gas card - which means that we have to find the time to fix the windshield that was chipped when we purchased the truck. However, overall, this is the first time that we have been happy with a dealership. We highly recommend Key West Ford. More
