I decided to make a.purchase and through a referral from my mother, decided to check out Key West Ford. I had found a used vehicle I liked in their inventory and contacted them. There was no pressure, or up selling whatsoever. I worked with Salesman Jag Dhillon, and he was great at promptly showing me the vehicle and all documents related. Once returning to their office, their entire staff was exceptionally friendly.and helpful. I was introduced to their finance associate Gurj Khera who was able to quickly help in getting the vehicle financing. Very relaxed atmosphere. I have to say, this has been the best car buying experience I've ever had. I highly recommend them. Great job guys!!! More

Rob was very understanding knowing this was not going to be a done deal but still took the time to take me on a test drive. A couple of weeks past before I saw a vehicle I was interested in. I called Rob and asked to see this vehicle. Rob held onto the vehicle so I could look at it a day and a half later. The vehicle had everything I was looking for and more. The dealership took a down payment so I could hold onto the vehicle and purchase it 4 days later. Transition from my old vehicle to the new vehicle was A one service with phone numbers being left if I needed any help after leaving the dealership. Wonderful experience for sure. More
