While talking about services that needed to be complete I've brought my car in for minor service twice and had a frustrating experience both times. While talking about services that needed to be completed, Tony would ignore my questions for him (what is the price difference between x and y service), and would instead reiterate the work he wanted to do. Many times I would explain exactly what I wanted to be completed. This was met with further explaining what Tony wanted to do. It's like bashing my head against a wall. I also had a difficult time understanding his accent, as he was talking quickly. I can only assume he was talking quickly in broken English to add on extra services as I had an inflated bill with extra services that I did not approve added onto the bill. - The first time, I took the car in for an oil change, and they also charged me for car detailing. I see that the sales department has decent reviews, but I would recommend staying away from their service center. More

Rob is an excellent sales guy, helpful, knowledgeable and patient; the type you should find in a car showroom but don't often do. Well worth the trip, no pressure sales team. We live on the Sunshine Coast with a limited selection of the type of car we were looking for, the Keywest web site had a few on their lot so we made We live on the Sunshine Coast with a limited selection of the type of car we were looking for, the Keywest web site had a few on their lot so we made a call to Michael and planned to drop by on the weekend. Not only did we find what we were looking for, a week later we decided we loved the model, the Fusion Titanium, but didn't like the colour, so we came back and traded it in for a year newer fully loaded model and true to Michael's word, the swap was seamless. All other car salesmen could benefit from following Michael around for a day because his style, attitude and sense of humour is very refreshing compared to the agents we dealt with before coming to Keywest. There was absolutely no sales pressure and we were never rushed or pushed into anything, we told him what we wanted and he bent over backwards to make it happen, no detail was overlooked, right down to programming our navigation system to get us back to the ferry terminal.
