Once again! I had purchased a vehicle last year from Jag at Key West Ford and was really impressed with the help and service. They did not have the exact vehicle we were looking for so he took my name and number and said he would find one for us. A few weeks went by and I assumed I was forgotten about. Then my phone rang and it was Jag letting me know he found the exact vehicle we wanted. So when my father in law told me he wanted a new vehicle I said lets go see Jag. So we went back to Key West Ford and once again Jag took care of us! We ended up buying a new vehicle instead of a pre owned because they worked out a great deal we couldn't pass up. Thanks again Jag, Jeff and Calvin!!! See you next time we need a new vehicle!! More

Unprofessional Walked in to look at a ford fusion. There weren't many customers. However I overheard a conversation when I walked in through the front entrance as I was trying to find a sales staff. There was a guy in a very outdated plaid-like suit speaking to this family. I assume he was the manager. He had a condescending tone and was just raging on them. I glanced over, saw some numbers on a piece of paper, looked like prices. From what I understand it looked like the family was looking for a 10% discount. I thought this was reasonable. I've never heard of people paying full price. At any rate, I walked out immediately. I came in hoping to buy a car with getting maybe a 10% discount as well, but after hearing this manager disrespect the family who remained quiet throughout, I decided to just go to another ford dealer. Bought my ford with my 12% discount instead. I will leave the review on their page One last thing, as I walked out, I heard the manager say, "enjoy your vehicle from the other dealership" Very unprofessional. As I said, the family were silent, probably just as astonished as I was. There are tons of dealerships out there competing for your money, don't take abusive behavior. There are tons that have better customer service. To that family, I hope you didn't end up buying/giving them your money. More

Frustrating service centre I've brought my car in for minor service twice and had a frustrating experience both times. While talking about services that needed to be complete I've brought my car in for minor service twice and had a frustrating experience both times. While talking about services that needed to be completed, Tony would ignore my questions for him (what is the price difference between x and y service), and would instead reiterate the work he wanted to do. Many times I would explain exactly what I wanted to be completed. This was met with further explaining what Tony wanted to do. It's like bashing my head against a wall. I also had a difficult time understanding his accent, as he was talking quickly. I can only assume he was talking quickly in broken English to add on extra services as I had an inflated bill with extra services that I did not approve added onto the bill. - The first time, I took the car in for an oil change, and they also charged me for car detailing. I see that the sales department has decent reviews, but I would recommend staying away from their service center. More
