Their staff I met were super helpful, and the process was flowless and stress less. I was even more satisfied with Ron at their service department when I have to go back to the dealership for a minor adjustment. Ron is so knowledgible to identify the problem, and provide solutions which is so custermer focused. I will definitely come back for all future services for my truck. More

A$599 doc fee (expected, albeit higher than average). Unexpected is- A $995 finance fee, a $199 insurance transfer fee, air conditioning fee & tire fee. Also was 'mistakenly' charged an extra $1000 on final invoice. None of the additional fees.were.disclosed to me. I only clued into this after the salesman called and asked for even more money, stating they hadn't charged me for the running boards. Which by the way, they give you a FORD accessory book to choose from, then give you cheaper aftermarket running boards. They did admit their mistakes and took responsibility for the over charges and refunded over $2600 to me via check/credit for accessories. The salesman was good, low pressure, friendly. I am happy with the vehicle and the end price I paid. However, the failure to disclose any of the extra and frankly ridiculous fees to the customer is a huge problem. I can imagine I am not the first this has happened to and likely not the last.... Beware. More
