Bought the vehicle 3 years ago with message from Sales rep that it came with free gps update. That was a lie. You pay $300 something for the 5 year map update. I then checked with the sale manger to see i rep that it came with free gps update. That was a lie. You pay $300 something for the 5 year map update. I then checked with the sale manger to see if he could do something on this. Not only did I get a big No, the sale manager even said why he would care about a customer that was 3 years ago. I was astonished! And he said said he WOULDN"T do anything if I was not happy anyway, otherwise he could get me one time internal price for the map update. but you will still need to pay something and HAVE to be happy with it! The fact is i was eligible for a free map upgrade a month ago ( within 3 year warranty). But of course I didn't know that, coz nobody told me and i thought it was free anyway. Very dissapointed with this Keywest store! More
