I recently visited the Chevrolet dealership in Kelowna, BC, for a check-up on my vehicle's ball joint, which was still under warranty. From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed by Dustin Zeeb's professionalism and expertise. He handled my service with the finesse of a seasoned veteran. His thoroughness and adept management of the extended warranty process reassured me. While my car was being attended to, I had the pleasure of interacting with Mason Eng, who assisted me in picking up some hub covers that I had previously ordered. I was thrilled to see my custom American Muscle wheels restored to their former glory with the replacement hub covers. The original covers had become rusted over time, and the new ones breathed fresh life into my wheels. To my surprise, the service on my vehicle was completed in record time, and I received a call informing me that it was ready for pick-up. However, upon inspection, I discovered that the hub covers were not the correct size—they protruded nearly 2 inches from the center of the wheel, giving my 2021 Tahoe an unintended resemblance to an '89 Ford. Despite feeling embarrassed after receiving such stellar service, I contacted Dustin to address the issue. Dustin handled my concerns professionally and courteously, swiftly taking charge of the situation. By the following Monday, Scott had contacted me to ensure they were working diligently to rectify the error. Throughout the process, Scott kept me informed, even while awaiting American Muscle's responses. Despite American Muscle repeating the same mistake, the team at Kelowna Chevrolet quickly rallied to find custom hub covers that matched the originals. Their dedication and efficiency throughout this back-and-forth were commendable and helped alleviate stress for my family and me. I must tip my hat to the entire team at Kelowna Chevrolet for going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Their service and parts department truly represent the pinnacle of automotive excellence, inspiring confidence and loyalty. Additionally, my experience has piqued my interest in exploring Kelowna Custom, as the vehicles I saw showcased their impressive craftsmanship. Although it may require a bit of a drive, I am more than willing to travel the extra distance for the unparalleled service I found at Kelowna Chevrolet. After embarking on our 11th cross-country journey with vehicles covered by Harley and Chevrolet warranties, my family and I encountered numerous merchants.
