Not a happy customer They first gave us the wrong fob which we had to express mail back. Next they put the wrong vin number on sales agreement which then was another trip They first gave us the wrong fob which we had to express mail back. Next they put the wrong vin number on sales agreement which then was another trip into town to re register the car and to correct the insurance. Then more documents had to be expressed back at a cost. They did refund our cost of mailing and re registering the car after several phone calls but no extra for time or gas. I feel that after they got our money we were totally forgotten. This was their mistake but it cost us.....not a happy customer. Karen W. More

R This "Consultant" advised roughly 1-hour to complete a recall N192261050 "reprogram the brake system software" and diagnose back-up beeper failure. Received vehicle back 5-hours later and overcharged $340.13 for replacement of beeper. This consultant is very evasive when asked direct questions and disregarding toward customer. More
