We called Islington Chrysler and spoke to Ali Saleh, asked him if they had the 2016 Jeep Cherokee advertised he said yes. My husband of course explained what had happened to us at other dealers. Ali said he will get it all ready for us and also that there was someone from Chrysler there today and a deal can definitely be made. We arrived, Ali was awesome, we made a deal and I am so happy with my new vehicle!!!! My service with the financial adviser Jay Jay was painless. It was a wonderful experience thanks to the sales rep Mr. Saleh and financial service manager Mr. Ricafort . They were extremely helpful , friendly and knowledgable. We purchased a 2015 Dodge Durango at an excellent price and we are very excited to now own this vehicle. We had done our research but were not sure when we would make the purchase. We decided to check out islington Chrysler one day as we drove by and there we met Mr. Saleh. We felt comfortable immediately after speaking with him and shortly after decided to make the purchase. We felt that Mr. Saleh gave us honest advice and made us feel very comfortable making our own decisions. He also had quite a great sense of humour and almost felt like family towards the end. Mr. Saleh and Mr. Ricafort were both very professional but at the same time we felt as though they had our best interest at heart.
