He ensured that all items were taken care of and with they were not done to our expectation that they were re-done. We did have to have the car service a week after receiving the new car because on of the car door locks was not working. We had a horrible experience with the service centre where it took them 5 days with my car in the service centre to fix and absolutely no communication on status during that time. We tried to call for a status update before they closed and was told our service rep went home and they had no information on it, which is absolutely unacceptable. A service team no matter who is dealing with the car should be able to update us on the status and whether they are keeping the car for a longer period of time. More
