Edie Lange, who we have dealt with on all our Ford purchases, epitomizes what it means to make a customer feel at ease when dealing with the financial aspects associated with purchasing a vehicle. Island Ford is indeed fortunate having her in their employee. While we did not have much exposure to Bryan Flynn we found him to be a very pleasant fellow who gave us a reasonable deal on both the trade-in and sale of the car we purchased. Helpful and professional sales team Matt was very helpful in finding the right truck for us, he took care of all the little details. Most importantly Matt did not pressure me with phone calls while we were checking out other options, he simply text me photos as he found trucks I might like. He also follow up several times after the purchase to make sure we were happy with our decision and to see if we had any questions regarding the features on the truck. I would certainly recommend Matt to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle. *best time to look at vehicles is Saturday as there are hotdogs, pop and chips!* More
