Comfortable, understanding, helpful time Susan, and Cathy were amazing to work beside. Cathy understand the price rage I wanted to stay in especially with me being still in school, and gave m Susan, and Cathy were amazing to work beside. Cathy understand the price rage I wanted to stay in especially with me being still in school, and gave me many different type of options. She explained each one and helped me really understand the different between them. I was able to test drive them all which was nice to be able to see how the drove, and really be able to take a look to what was inside the car. Cathy went through all the different little things she thought I should know about which was amazing! Susan was amazing at her job, she told me after filling out the paper work that she would call me in a couple of hours and she did. I ended up having a pretty big problem closer to the finishing time and she was able to work with me and get me approved by myself. Both of them had faith in me, and made my experience of buying my first car a great one, and helped me pick out the best car for me. Don't think I would be able to enjoy this experience the best that I did if it wasn't for these two amazing staff! More

I have made less than favorable visits to some of the other other GM dealers (1 in particular was very poor) I found the staff at HMP to be very professional and courteous which is an expectation I would have at any dealership. I mean, lets face it a vehicle purchase is a big purchase. The email and text communication was very prompt. I felt like I was respected and appreciated as a potential customer. The jury is still out on the vehicle I purchased it is a five year old used truck so time will tell. There are a few things that concern me a little about it. I have a very high expectations for a vehicle. My last GM pick-up was finally retired at 530000km. Justin was excellent to deal with and was very courteous and knowledgeable I really appreciated the fact that Anne recognized that I had driven an hour and a half to get there and made me feel welcome immediately. Braden was very warm, helpful and attentive, responding to any and all inquiries I had no matter how trivial. Susan offered helpful details and clarification.
