Fraudulent Repairs Assured at Hogan completes fraudulent repairs. I went to them to fix damages completed on my car from an accident. They only completed surface damages and did not complete the structural damages that were present on the vehicle. This vehicle is unsafe to drive on the road and it is disappointing that they treat customers with the amount of disrespect i was given. If I knew the low level quality of their work and lack of customer service, I would have never used them to complete the repairs. I highly recommend that you choose a more reputable company that will not try to scam you. I'm sorry that it happened to me and so many other unsuspecting customers. Make your decision wisely and heed our warnings they are not a company you want to work with. More

Sure it’s not perfect any dealer service that’s busy can sometimes have problems . Five years ago my ZR2 Blazer blew out a ball joint. This happened at 3:00 pm on my birthday. I had it towed to Hogan service and by 3:00 pm the next day it was back on the road. I have since bought a new truck from them (Acadia) and will continue to be a loyal customer. More

Here are the facts: I was considering replacing my car so I approached Hogan Chevrolet to look at cars. The sales representative showed me 2 cars that had been daily rentals and was very pushy. I said I was not interested in daily rentals. We looked at a third car which I liked and when I asked him twice who the previous owner was, he reluctantly said he didn't know. It didn't seem right but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Later, the Finance Manager reasured me that it had been a one-owner vehicle. We completed the Purchase Agreement and set up a pick up date. When I went to pick up the car, after they handed me the keys, they told me that the car had been a daily rental. I expressed my concerns and was not happy. The sales representative tried to ignore what I was saying. I told him I wanted to cancel the deal and he finally agreed to do so. Then I realized how terrible the situation was because I had sold my own car in oder to transfer the plates and insurance to the car I had purchased from Hogan Chevrolet. I called the dealership and asked to speak to a manager. No manager was ever available to speak to me to offer at the very least a sincere apology for the uncomvenience they had caused me. The Finance Manager was no where to be found. I was told that she was going to be off for some time. They passed the hot potato to someone who identified himself as a Team Leader . When I requested compensation to cover my unexpected travel expenses and inconvenience until I bought another car, he sought nothing but to turn this into another self-serving opportunity. He was prepared to lend me a car until I purchased another car from them. I declined. When it comes to buying a car, trust is a huge factor and it had been lost. My total transaction was to be $29,986.00. The car itself had been sold to me for $25,000.00. Two weeks later, Hofan Chevrolet has the same car advertised on their website for $23,990.00. I feel relieved that I cancelled the deal and terminated my business relationship with Hogan Chevrolet. They are opportunistic and dishonest. They are not to be trusted. More
Bad costumer service My car had been three times for the same problem and every time they were disconnecting my DVD one by one and that was not problem. Ever time i was going there ,I told hem the problem are not the DVD.They broke all my DVD and never fixed them and finally after i complained to GM they found the problem and fixed the car. For my DVD they said I am sorry we can not fix them .The first time I pay money to brake my DVD and I almost been an accident because my car was going off in the high way. Very Very disaapointed More

Every time a family member or friend is looking for a car, I tell them let's go and see Jorge Desousa at Hogan for the best deal in town. Without hesitation, not only we got the best deal in town but also received a superior customer service from them. The most recent positive and memorable experience was just last week when my family member picked up his brand new 2017 Chevy Cruze LT Diesel from Hogan. For him this experience was totally a wow factor and since his vehicle pick up he called me 3 times within a 2 days period to "Thanked me" for referring him to purchase his new vehicle from Hogan. Once again, thank you for your positive and superior customer service experience. Rest assured, we will continue to do business together for many many more years to come! Kindest, K.D. More

Service dept Had my car for a month...Returned with some items not even fixed???, charged me hundreds of dollars and won't even clarify what I paid for. Never returned called or gave updates. -Multiple unrepaired issues on pickup, after a month in the shop -Say someone will call you and they don't . WEEKS without contact and rude when you finally are able to talk to someone -Had to stop at another service facility...On the way home from pick up at Hogan! To fix another item they missed. The "repairs" they did completed failed within 24hours. -Asked for clarity on what I paid for (no estimates provided, no maximum amount authorized) after a month the couldn't give me a number before pickup! -Contacted Deb(service advisor) for explanation of my bill and how much MORE time they need to fix my car since a month isn't enough time. Didn't hear ANYTHING back for a week! -Contacted the useless "manager" allan. He told me that hogan will charge me $119 diagnostic to look at the same problems they had the car for a month For!!!! Wasn't interested in hearing my complaint just tried to charge me MORE. Imagine, losing your car for a month unexpectedly, no loaner car provided or offered, rude behaviour when you call for an update after weeks without contact. Pickup car with many repairs untouched after a month, what was fixed broke after 24 hours. Ask what exactly you paid for and what took a month and how much MORE time is needed is ignored for a week. Contact a manager and he wants MORE $$$ to work on the exact same things?! More

Well yesterday on my birthday I woke up to my transmission being bl I purchased a 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan R/T from hogan Chevrolet back in June 2016. Well yesterday on my birthday I woke up to my transmission being blown. I took it into hogan and they said they would look at my vehicle free of charge. They then diagnosed my vehicle for sure with a blown transmission and that they wouldn't do anything to fix it as I didn't purchase the extended warranty . Reason I didn't purchase the extended warranty was because I was told I still had manufacturer warranty. I called Chrysler yesterday and was told manufacturers warranty is up at 100,000km and I was not told that at Hogan. I am a father of 3 and the only person who drives in my house hold and am the only income, so there for now I am stuck with no vehicle and can not even go to work as they said it was going to cost me $5000 to fix it. After hogan diagnosed the issue I received the service paper stating the information that had to be done and the cost. This is what I get to read from them " complete transmission assembly piece of S*** Chrysler". I've had this for 7 months and now I am stuck. If you are looking to purchase a new or used vehicle or have your car checked out there, I strongly recommend you don't. More

Honest and friendly I was intending to compare prices among Ontario Chevy dealers. My local is in Bancroft, but I was in Scarborough today so I dropped in and spoke with I was intending to compare prices among Ontario Chevy dealers. My local is in Bancroft, but I was in Scarborough today so I dropped in and spoke with Leena Chacko. Leena was friendly and inviting. She asked me a number of useful questions to try to take advantage of various incentives GM was offering. She provided me with a series of options (financing vs leasing). I was clear about why I was there, and she understood that potential for a sale was there, though she'd have to overcome the disadvantage of geography (it'd be easier to service warranty with my local dealer). She priced a few models for me, and without any fuss or haggling, the prices offered were very good. Barely above the "invoice" price. Unfortunately they were the same as the offer from my local guy (pennies difference), so geography won out. Still, she continued to answer my questions with patience and good spirits. She even gave me further information about the car I was looking at so I would be better prepared when meeting with my local guy and sorting out my final purchase there. If I still lived in Scarborough, or even the GTA, I would definitely have purchased my car from Leena. Honest, no nonsense, and very helpful. If you are in the market for a Chevy, I would recommend stopping in at Hogan and speaking with Leena if she is available. More
