Cancelled deal and wouldn't refund full deposit on vehicle. Paul Yoo and his managers were extremely pushy and provided the poorest level of costumer service I've ever experienced. Had very little knowledge on the vehicles and couldn't provide any detailed information on the new model or on car specifications in general.

OVER CHARGED FOR REPAIRS ON MY 2015 CRUZE. TOTAL COST FOR REPAIRS WAS 1960.57. DOLLARS .
