Another satisfying experience I showed up without making an appointment for snow tires and as my car was nearing its next service hours Kolbi set everything up immediately and all I showed up without making an appointment for snow tires and as my car was nearing its next service hours Kolbi set everything up immediately and all within about 10-15minutes. I've been dealing with Kolbi in the service department for the last three or four years and everytime she makes me feel more like a member of the Harris Kia family than a customer that shows up every 5000 or so kilometres. i personally thinks that she's a rock star in the service department world. I stopped by the parts department to look at some rubber matts for my car and within five minutes Doug was taking a set to the service department for installation. I can honestly say that I've never had bad experience at Harris Kia. Sincerely Troy S P.S. Great Service and reliablity I contacted Kolbi at Harris Kia via email and arranged for an appointment on Saturday 9:15AM When I got there she said it would be 1 1/2 hours. Abou I contacted Kolbi at Harris Kia via email and arranged for an appointment on Saturday 9:15AM When I got there she said it would be 1 1/2 hours. About 80 minutes later I got a call that all was done. Great service, on time. Got new plugs and a radiator flush and change. The car runs better and they even washed the car for me. Hard to beat the service at Harris Kia in Nanaimo. More
