Excellent service. Went to EVERY dealership in Nanaimo. No one was as good as Ryan and Kia. Before I had even said I was interested in buying my new Kia Rio, Ryan went through the entire car with me. Roy Berentsen was very friendly but I found gave us very little for our trade-in and then priced our trade-in on the lot for 2.5 times more than what we received for it. Considering this was our third vehicle from Harris Kia, I was very disappointed. The front-line staff is always very helpful and friendly as is the Service department. More

You could not ask for a better individual and team experience than we received last week in our dealings and purchase of a 2010 Kia Rio from Harris Kia. On behalf of my husband and myself, we have rat experience than we received last week in our dealings and purchase of a 2010 Kia Rio from Harris Kia. On behalf of my husband and myself, we have rated them GREAT in all categories with regard to the sale. Great is a highly achieved grade and must be warranted to get our vote. In this case, the experience with our granddaughter and mom of 5 month old Maya could not have been better. Rachel, our salesperson, is very ethical, trustworthy, personable,and professional. There was NO high pressure to close a deal with us. We negotiated a great price with Rachel and Roy and Jeremy helped us with the financial decisions. We were given enough information to make the right decision and our granddaughter drove away in a properly insured, safe, 4-door stylish little sedan (fully gassed up thanks to Roy) that will keep both her and our baby safe for years to come. The team of Roy Berentsen, Manager, Jeremy Allen, Finance Manager and Rachel Berentsen could not have treated us more fairly. We weren't planning on getting a car that day, month or even this year, but we did! We are happy with our Kia Rondo, which we were going to get the following year, and with Rachel, on her first sale there even this year, but we did! We are happy with our Kia Rondo, which we were going to get the following year, and with Rachel, on her first sale there. We had some mix ups due to the quick sale(we are out of towners, and there were manager meetings and days off), but all staff were helpful and accomodated us. Rachel related to us well and found us the perfect car for our family. She has called to check on us a Kia owners.
