Awesome Team I recently bought a 2003 Mercury Grand Marquis (cream puff) from Harris Kia. Before even considering whether or not to go to the trouble of travelling from the mainland to Vancouver Island to see the car I checked out the reputation of the dealership. It was outstanding. My next concern was whether or not we could come to an agreement on price. I am familiar with these vehicles and the price that a pristine unit should go for. It was late Sunday evening when I sent an offer through Auto Trader. I wasn't expecting a response until sometime the next day. I received a message that very night from Dave Bare, the companies General Manager. My offer was accepted, no games playing trying to squeeze the customer for a little more of their hard earned money. I was very well treated by all Harris Kia staff that I came into contact with. They knew their jobs and did them in a friendly professional manner. The car was immaculately clean and operated flawlessly. More

We bought a Kia Soul at the spur of a moment.My husband had men tined a new smaller vehicle, just then we drove behind a Kia Soul, I said I like that one, the dealership was just around the corner. Marcelo took us on a test drive, all the way we were enjoying the Kia, it was sliding over the road, the sound system was so good, we were surrounded by nice sounds.The seats were comfortable. Marcelo explained a lot of things. He even had his wife phone in and we saw the blutooth at work. I never wanted to get back in my old car. And we didn't have to!..We were convinced this car was for us..We traded in the old one with Jeremy's expertise, all finances fell in place. Everything was made easy for us. So 2 hrs later we drove home in our new Kia Soul.Have been enjoying "the ride" ever since.
