A Sweet Deal. As soon as I walked through the doors of Harris Kia I knew that my fears were groundless. I was greeted in a friendly manner by Natalie who asked if she could help me......from then on each and every person I came in contact with came across as interested in helping me. All were very courteous,knowledgable and not once did I feel that I was being led or pushed. This sales team could teach seminars on the true meaning of the word 'Service ' it doesn't stop in the sales room either. The car servicing Manager explained the future needs of my new car,and driving out I stopped by the Detailing section, and the Guys working there had smiles for this old lady too. Great Service and reliablity I contacted Kolbi at Harris Kia via email and arranged for an appointment on Saturday 9:15AM When I got there she said it would be 1 1/2 hours. Abou I contacted Kolbi at Harris Kia via email and arranged for an appointment on Saturday 9:15AM When I got there she said it would be 1 1/2 hours. About 80 minutes later I got a call that all was done. Great service, on time. Got new plugs and a radiator flush and change. The car runs better and they even washed the car for me. Hard to beat the service at Harris Kia in Nanaimo. More
