I've been dealing with Kolbi in the service department for the last three or four years and everytime she makes me feel more like a member of the Harris Kia family than a customer that shows up every 5000 or so kilometres. i personally thinks that she's a rock star in the service department world. I stopped by the parts department to look at some rubber matts for my car and within five minutes Doug was taking a set to the service department for installation. I can honestly say that I've never had bad experience at Harris Kia. Sincerely Troy S P.S. Cameron came across as very genuine and eager to meet our needs. We test drove a vehicle which was explained to us including the options that were on the vehicle. After returning to the dealership it was suggested we try a model with more seating because of some changes that have happened in our family recently. Great suggestion we went with the next model up and more seating. While we were looking at the vehicles we met Jeremy Allen who was friendly and easy going. Jeremy did a great job at working a deal for us that would work for our family. It was great to have Dave Bare stop and chat with us and then thank us for our purchase. Al Foster was very easy going and explained our purchase to us helping us decide what worked best for us. His humour as we were working through the process was great. The staff at Harris Kia all had smiles on their faces. They are a happy bunch and that comes out with the way they are with their customers and fellow employees. It is nice to see a business where the staff is happy with their jobs and working with each other. We love our 2016 Kia Sorento EX. Highly recommended. More
