New experience purchasing a new vehicle I had been trying to deal on a new vehicle at the dealership in Saskatoon since May, to no avail. I walked into the dealership in Nanaimo to have some I had been trying to deal on a new vehicle at the dealership in Saskatoon since May, to no avail. I walked into the dealership in Nanaimo to have some warranty work done on my 2015 Sorento and met Grant. I told him my story about trying to trade my 2015 in on a 2017 in Saskatoon without any luck. He suggested I come back in when my car was being fixed to see if he couldn't do something for me. The next time I was there he offered me a deal I could not refuse. Best one hour I've spent. The service I received from Grant, Roy and Rachael was exceptional. We had a couple of hiccups because of the Sask. taxes but they worked everything out without a grumble. I would deal with Harris Kia again without question, it's the best service I have received. I think I'll be back to see them in a couple of years. Thank you! More

Above and beyond the call of duty! I was in a pinch to purchase a new vehicle as my SUV was old and was starting to cost a lot of money to repair. I have two young children that I neede I was in a pinch to purchase a new vehicle as my SUV was old and was starting to cost a lot of money to repair. I have two young children that I needed to safely commute around the city. I had just finished my graduate degree and was in search of my next career path. This created a challenge for me to receive financing approval for a new vehicle. Rachel presented me with some options and was able to get me financing. We went for a test drive in a new vehicle, but it lacked the bells and whistles I had grown accustomed to. I shared with Rachel how I felt about the vehicle and what I truly desired. Rachel gave me the "let me see what I can do", she worked her magic, and the next day I was driving off the lot in a brand new vehicle with more bells and whistles than could have possibly imagined. She got me a great interest rate and a low payment. Rachel was amazing. When a different car company turned me down for financing (despite being a recent customer for my summer car), Rachel took me in, listened, and got me exactly what I needed. Rachel is amazing and I would recommend her to anyone. Truth be told, even though owning my dream SUV was only sightly out of reach with the other car company, I may not go back to them after receiving the service I did from Rachel. She is definitely a game changer. While a lot of people are talking a big game...she is delivering. More
