Helped me out of a situation!! They were willing to work with me on trading in a vehicle that no longer suited me. I thought I was stuck with it for another 4 Year. Told him after getting his text he can call me whenever. Called right away, not being in Edmonton or around that area I had a lot of questions and never bought a vehicle without seeing it in person or driving it before. He answered all my questions and fast to. And anytime he did something he kept me informed which made me feel good cause I knew everything that was going on and where we were in the sales and finance process. He said he gave me the best price in the city and after calling around and wasting a few hours of my time I realized he really did so did the deal over the phone and threw text. When I got there he had coffee for me, gave me a gift card too use on my way home to. Love the Truck, his service was awesome and he even called to make sure I made it home ok after hours. 5 out of 5 rating all around ez! More

Shawn Shute was our sales rep and he is incredible! So personable and took the time to get to know us and find out what we were really looking for in a vehicle. He took time and care with us that no other dealership had. His charisma was undeniable for helping us find the right fit for US. We found him to be very authentic and willing to help us in any way he could. We really felt cared for. Shawn has a lot of kindness in him and he understood how to relate and give us all the information we needed to get the best vehicle. Seven Months later we are still loving our vehicle!! it's amazing. Shawn even went out of his way to replace and install a windshield visor that was broken. He's a stellar guy.
