Great West Dodge made me like salesmen again Was having trouble with 2 of our vehicles. Went to another dealership for help. All we got was shoddy workmanship and lies. I was scrolling the net passing time and came to Great West dodges site. Saw 2 cars i was interested in. Talked to the wife to see if she was interested in another car because we still loved our 2014 dodge Avenger. But it had a lot of mileage on it. Went down to Great west and felt welcomed right away. Aaron welcomed us at the front door. The one car we were looking at just got sold so we looked at another interest. 2 years older than our Avenger but had a lot less mileage on it. A 2012 Dodge Charger Super Bee edition. Fell in love with it right away. All i can say is they all were very professional but not in a generic way....a homey way. From the dealer to the finance manager to the receptionist to right down to the service manager. All were great to work with to get the deal done. Thank you Great West Dodge from the Pears Family. Spruce Grove Dodge could learn much from you. More

Paperwork and figuring out the details of our transaction was seamless as the folks at Great West Chrysler worked quickly among the different departments to ensure we were out and on the road as quickly as possible. We were impressed that during the small wait time that we did have, we were given a loaner vehicle so we could run some errands instead of sitting in the dealership. Run, don't walk from here if buying used Great west Chrysler may be good with new vehicles. I don't know. However, if you are buying a used car from them, I seriously recommend you look som Great west Chrysler may be good with new vehicles. I don't know. However, if you are buying a used car from them, I seriously recommend you look somewhere else. I bought a 2013 ford F-150 platinum from them Oct 30, 2018. The sales staff strongly suggested to get an after market warranty on the truck, which i did. First, I was assured 2 keys, but was only supplied 1. after calling every 2 days for 3 weeks, they referred me to a ford dealership to get a second set of keys cut. They covered the expense, which was good. While at ford i got a mechanic ride along to go through some of the things that didn't feel right with the truck. After having a transmission issue with the truck, i took it back to ford dec 20th 2018. I asked if they could give it a lookover and fix what the mechanic had identified. The repair came to $10,000.00. There were 6 oil leaks, the transmission fix, and a wheel hub replacement. Thankfully the warranty company covered most but i was stuck with bill for $780. i took bill to great west and tried to get them to cover. Dealt with a "wonderful" gentleman named Zack Yachimec who said that $380 was most they would cover, and he was being more than fair. If you MUST buy a used car from these guys, keep vehicle overnight, and get your own qualified mechanic to do the inspection, because how they game me a clean inspection with $10,000 in repairs needed after barely a month of owning is completely beyond me. More
