Service didn't have any loaners left, but Sales jumped in and got us a loaner vehicle so we were not stuck while in Edmonton. The service and staff are absolutely TOP NOTCH at Great West Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Everyone we dealt with was super from the reception people in Service, to the service technicians, to the sales staff - you can't go wrong here! More

But have seen it not the same place I had first enjoyed going to there is still some employees that make it great and go out of there way to help you Magan in service is fantastic and Vern is alway so helpful and takes the time to help. I've always told friends about the dealership just wondering if I still will... I looked at new truck only to show if to my husband and the price was cheaper on website then what was quoted removed quickly as I phoned. More

We almost never returned due to a bad service experience (1 service rep/situation) awhile back but while looking at new vehicles on a Sunday that changed. Whitroy George, their stellar salesman, should be acknowledgement and commended by Great West for this challenging feat. He not only won us and our business back with his genuine care for his clients but also the passion he shows for his career and his outgoing and friendly personality. My partner's 2002 Jeep Liberty finally bit the dust so off to buy a new one we must go. With my partner already having an idea of what she wanted, Great West had the selection, was the closest (next closest was closed) and open the latest given it was a Sunday. I was extremely hesitant and uncertain initially, but we ultimately decided to first separate sales from service and then to give them a second chance in general by going there and looking around and talking to someone. Insert Whitroy; Upon arriving we looked around at the vehicle style that my partner wanted and then comes along this large smile, full of life guy with great energy and a welcoming hello, we started with some idle chit chat and then got down to the purpose of the visit. He was attentive, responsive and interactive making sure he knew what vehicles to present to us that would best suit my partners needs and wants. Insert 2 Jeep Wranglers Unlimited: We walked out to 2 vehicles both half parked up on the curb, which I found was awesome showmanship personally especially given the vehicle. He took the time to explain the features and benefits of the vehicle and the differences between the 2, a Sahara and Sport, and then off for a test drive which my partner chose the Sport model for. Being the passenger, as someone used to driving in smooth sport luxury owning a BMW myself, I was thoroughly impressed. The shocks allowed a new smooth ride to the still lean rugged vehicle, far nicer than its predecessor (an old friend owned a 2016). It felt more stable taking a more snug-like corner and the horses give you plenty of oomph when you step on it. I loved the interior features offered, all convenient, driver friendly and road safe, but even better are the exterior features - everything comes off for the summer for the real Jeep feel. A perfect fit was found coupled with a genuine salesman with no act just himself had us sold, and restored my faith personally in this dealership. He is an outstanding salesman who was a pleasure to deal with, honestly dealerships in general could use more of him. The manager, Eric, was also very nice being introduced early on during our visit, and Sal from finance was easy to talk to and happily answered any questions we had. May I also note these gentlemen stayed an hour and a half past closing to get everything finished and finalized. I was very impressed with the professionalism, realness, easy-going and non-aggressive approach Whitroy employs. He is without a doubt excellent at what he does and is a valuable asset to your team. My partner is the new, very happy and pleased owner of a beautiful 2019 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport, and I would not only highly recommend this vehicle but also your dealership including Whitroy. I believe in giving credit where credit is due, always. He honestly restored faith, from pretty much lost customers into buying a new vehicle and having an entirely different outlook and feeling. Sales Consultant Vincent helped us find the right amount of engine power in the Vehicle we were looking at and kept us entertained throughout the whole process! Manager Diya was the one who made it all happen, he gave us mind blowing numbers to work with (he doesn't lie when he says he will give you a smoking hot deal).
