I would like to thank Dave for a very smooth and professional experience. I emailed Dave on the weekend and shortly after I was contacted and set up a appointment, next thing you know I was purchasi professional experience. I had another Jeep Rubicon to trade and they gave me top dollar on My trade which I was very happy about.Lance the manager came out and met me and made sure I was happy with everything. My wife and I were looking across B.C. and Alberta for a somewhat specific set of options on a 2019 Ram 1500. We found a slightly used truck at Great West and dealt with Josh and Zach . They were both profe somewhat specific set of options on a 2019 Ram 1500. We found a slightly used truck at Great West and dealt with Josh and Zach . They were both professional and very easy to deal with. I however wasn’t with a change of wheels and a couple other requests. I also had more questions than an amnesia victim , regarding trip permits and insurance. Trong smoothed all that out for us. I wish our Ram dealer was as conscientious . I ended up getting an oil change after our trip and was rewarded with oil smears and stains on my new carpets and Driver seat. I would highly recommend Great West.Thanks to everyone involved. My wife and I were looking for over a year at getting a travel trailer. We were turned away from other dealers but the guys at Taz Loans through Great west were amazing.
