Since the moment I contacted Sean Adams I was looked after like a king. He referred me to Vinny a top salesperson at the dealership. Finance lady a real gem as well. Honestly, the staff that works there are nice, but it's their job to be nice. At first it sounded like I might be able to get what I really needed in a vehicle, both price wise and features. However, I wil their job to be nice. At first it sounded like I might be able to get what I really needed in a vehicle, both price wise and features. However, I will end up paying almost $69.000 for a vehicle that I like but don't love, for a grand total of $98.000 for a very basic suv. I do appreciate their work on getting me approved for a vehicle when I desperately needed it, but unfortunately I was desperate. I just wish that I was told these numbers when they tell you that you are approved, and it's my fault for not having asked that question. Vineet was my sales dealer, very nice, kind and professional, he tried his best to help me and accommodate me, and I understand that he would have done more if he could, unfortunately he doesn't make the final decisions and approvals on extra features and numbers, he was amazing but unfortunately I cannot say the same about the company/dealership he works for. I probably won't recommend this dealership to my friends and colleagues. More
