This was my first north American purchase, so I was very hesitant not to mention I'm a very hard sale- I have extremely high expectation, previously being in the industry for over 15 years. Mo handle all my wants and needs effectively, efficiently, and he was extremely courteous. Mo also followed up after the sale, to ensure I was still completely satisfied and assisted in a service request I required.
